OPBs are said to optimize individual performance by enhancing the hy­dration process. The Trek System™ is divided into three functions, Fuel, which includes Orange and Fruit Fusion flavors; Burn, which includes Cranberry-Grapefruit and Lemon-Lime flavors and Recover, which includes Citrus and Wildberry flavors.
